This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18963 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18963 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023, the investigation in Crime No.129 of 2023 was completed and final report was filed before the learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Chennai on 08.01.2025 and the same was taken on file in C.C.Sr.No.112 of 2025. He further submitted that all the accused persons have been secured.
