ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21319 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court subject to the condition that that he shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing days at 10.30 am., without fail. He further submitted that submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court is inclined to relax the condition to the extent that, if the petitioner is unable to appear before the Court on any particular hearing date, he is at liberty to file an appropriate application seeking to dispense with his personal appearance.

4. With the above direction this petition is disposed of. 01-04-2026 MPA
