This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 08.08.2023 in W.P.No.23198 of 2023.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2023 has already been considered and the amounts towards Surrender of Earned Leave, Gratuity etc., for the service rendered by the petitioner has also been paid.
