PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2119/05/A7 dated 11.11.2005 and modified order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. 48767/2005/X-3 dated 12.11.2005 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioners in service with all attendant benefits.

O R D E R

The order under challenge in the present writ petition is against an award directing reinstatement of the petitioners herein.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioners were reinstated on 24.03.2006 into their services and the period of non-employment was treated as "no work no pay". The petitioners herein have also accepted the said order. In view of the same, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
