Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the entire amount claimed by the Respondents as water charges for the premises has been paid by the Association of Apartment Owners and meter has been fitted for assessing consumption. In view of the same, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that there would not be any disconnection of water supply to the premises. In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
