These petitions has been filed to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the above C.M.A against the judgment and award dated 01.06.2022 passed in M.C.O.P.Nos.347 and 348 of 2018 on the file of the MACT (Principal District Court), Perambalur.

2.Though notice has been served, none appeared on behalf of the first respondent.

3.Mr.N.Somasudar, the learned counsel entered appearance for the second respondent, and Mr.S.S.Santhosakumar, the learned counsel entered appearance for the third respondent.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this petitions stand allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the second and third respondent in the cause list when the matter is listed for admission, and number the above C.M.A.SR.No.116075 and 116076 of 2022, if the papers are otherwise in order.

Anu 6.It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellant succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, he would not be entitled to any interest for 40 days.
