In view of the fact that the Co-operative Society is falling within the purview of the provisions of the Right to Information Act, the second respondent is bound to provide information in respect of the application submitted by the third respondent under the Right to Information Act. The petitioner cannot raise any objections in this regard. Thus, the writ petition deserves no merit adjudication and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
