O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 to 5 from laying the road in the patta land belonging to the petitioner in Survey No.201/1B at Namakkal District., 2.

When the matter came up for hearing on 17.02.2025, this Court passed the following order:- Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

2.Mr.V.Veluchamy, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 4 and 5.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 4 and 5 submitted that he has oral instructions to the effect that no attempt is being made to lay any road on the patta land belonging to the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader wants to take written instructions in this regard. Hence, post this writ petition at the end of the motion list on 24.02.2025.

Pursuant to the above order, the matter was listed for hearing today. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 4 and 5 produced the written instructions received from the 4th respondent. On going through the same, it is stated that there is no proposal to lay any road in the patta land belonging to the petitioner.
