ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to release the petitioner on bail, as he was arrested on 07.07.2017 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 364[A], 394 and 397 of IPC in Crime No.571/2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2. I have heard Mr.V.M.Venkatramana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who would state that the petitioner is only a driver and there is no specific allegation against him that he was involved in the crime as alleged by the respondent/prosecution. He would further state that out of the six accused in this case, A3 and A6 have already been released on bail.

3. Mr.R.Sekar, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] would state that out of six accused, only four accused were secured and the remaining two accused are yet to be secured and the investigation is in progress.

4. I have considered the said submissions and facts and circumstances of the case, since at least two co-accused have already been released on bail, I am inclined to pass the following orders that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on the following conditions :-

(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Tirupur and (ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

(iii) Since the petitioner is lodged in Central Prison, Coimbatore, the bail order be executed accordingly. -sd/- 27/09/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
