This petition has been filed to transfer the case in S.C.No.26 of 2010 on the file of Principle District Session Judge, Erode to any other Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that, it is the crime of the year 2016 and they were totally 60 witness, out of which 22 witness have been examined. Now, the case is posted for crossexamination of the petitioner herein. At this stage, the transfer of investigation would affect the entire trial in S.C.No.26 of 2010.

Heard Mr.N.Chinnaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, and the case is posted for cross-examination of the petitioner, at this stage the transfer of investigation
would affect the entire trial and as such, this Court is not inclined to transfer the case and the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
