ORDER

Today, Mr.UM.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that challenging the order of this Court made in W.P.No. 1740 of 2013, dated 22.03.2013, the department has preferred an appeal in W.A.No. 978 of 2014 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and obtained interim order.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the contempt petition is closed for the present.
