Prayer in all Writ Petitions :- These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the notice dated 13.06.2013 in KA.EN.U.CH.PO/EPC/ME/PA/CO-THANI/EN No.076/2013 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and to consider the representation dated 28.07.2013 and consequently direct the first and second respondents to restore the electricity supply to the service Nos.326-026-416, 326-026-417, 326-026-419, pertaining to the shop bearing Door Nos.434/A2, 434/A3, 433/E1 (respectively) Mettur Main Road, Bhavani. When the Writ Petitions were listed for hearing on 15.03.2022, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence, the matters were directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even the docket entry shows in the earlier hearings i.e., 27.08.2013, 28.08.2018, none appeared for the petitioners and the Registry was directed to post the Writ Petitions under the caption for "dismissal" on 29.08.2018.
