O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience and noncompliance with the order of this Court dated 04.11.2024 in W.P.No.16303 of 2020.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that aggrieved by the aforesaid order, the respondents herein had preferred appeal vide W.A.No.913 of 2025. The Division Bench of this 2/5

Court vide order dated 03.04.2025 had stayed the operation of the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court.

3. The aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Advocate General is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, since the operation of the order of the learned Single Judge dated 04.11.2024 has been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court, this Court is of the view that the respondents cannot be alleged to have committed contempt of Court by not complying with the order of this Court.

5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of contempt, in the event, the petitioner succeeded before the Division Bench of this Court and the order being not complied.
