The respondent police filed a charge sheet for the alleged offences under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC. The statement of witness recorded under Section 161(3) of Cr.P.C., disclosed prima-facie materials to presume that the ingredients of the above stated offence and hence, the criminal revision case is dismissed.
