Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to take appropriate action based on the petitioner complaint dated 13.08.2016 and remove the encroachment made by the 6th and 7th respondent within a stipulated period of time.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Mahesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.V.Baskaran, learned counsel for the sixth respondent.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that in the year 2018 itself, the encroachment alleged is removed. Yesterday also, survey was conducted and no encroachment is noticed.
