ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the order passed in W.P.No.439 of 2023, a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.951 of 2025 has been preferred, along with an application in C.M.P.No.7975 of 2025.

2.When the Hon'ble Division Bench has taken cognizance of the appeal and has proceeded with it, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallelly proceed with the Contempt Petition. However, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedies, after final orders are passed in the Writ Appeal, a balance can be struck. 3.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
