ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.3139 of 2016 pending investigation on the file of the respondent and direct the respondent to file final report within a reasonable time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) representing the respondent submitted that they will complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months, if not already filed.
