This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.1189 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of twenty five days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
