This petition has been filed to extend the time to furnish sureties in the strength of order dated 26.10.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.No.28658 of 2023 in Cr.No.87 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 15.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
