This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A.No.19 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022 that the appellant on his release from prison shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
