No.9 of 2020 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J These applications are filed (i) to permit the applicant to file a copy of the registration certificate bearing registration No.308/2016 before the Registrar of Firms, Chennai Central; and (ii) to permit the applicant to file revised written arguments.

2. After hearing arguments on 10.02.2022, the third defendant was permitted to produce the registration certificate. Therefore, A.No.646 of 2022 is liable to be allowed. As regards the other application, it is for permission to file revised written arguments. The said application is also allowed.
