ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the orders passed in R.C.A.No.543 of 2015, dated 21.02.2020, on the file of the VII Small Causes Court, Chennai.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent are present.

4. It is submitted by both the counsels before the Court that both the parties have settled their disputes amicably. Both the petitioner and the respondent have signed the Compromise Memo, dated 18.04.2023 in the open Court, which is also signed by their respective counsel. The petitioner has handed over the keys of the suit properties to the respondent/landlord in the open Court, and the same is recorded.

5. In view of the Joint Compromise Memo, dated 18.04.2023, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part and parcel of this order. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
