Crl.M.P.No.2196 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.158 of 2022 N.SESHASAYEE, J., This petition is filed to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent-2 as one of the respondent in the above revision case.

2.On being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and upon hearing the learned counsel on either side and that the proposed party is a necessary party for effective adjudication of the revision, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause-title.
