Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (b) imposed by this Honble court in Crl.MP.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.Appl.No.362/2015 dated 05.06.2018 directing the petitioner to report before the trail court daily at 10.30 a.m. on all working days till the disposal of the above criminal appeal Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRAKASH ADIAPADAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.KANNADASAN PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, PONDUCHERRY on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition to relax the bail condition, imposed by this Court, by order dated 05.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.362 of 2015.
2. The petitioner was convicted and sentenced, by judgment dated 20.04.2015 in Special S.C.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Sessions Court under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for brevity "the POCSO Act"), Puducherry, challenging which, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. This Court, by order dated 05.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.362 of 2015, suspended the sentence and granted bail to the petitioner on several conditions, one of which is that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court everyday at 10.30 a.m on all working days till the disposal of this criminal appeal. The present petition in Crl.M.P.No.2216 of 2020 has been filed seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition.
4. On instructions, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition since his release on bail.

In view of the above, the aforesaid condition is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court, at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every month until the disposal of this criminal appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
