ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner's prayer in this writ petition, in substance, is to cancel patta granted in favour of private respondents on the ground that patta includes part of road also.

2. This matter requires factual enquiry.

3. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner could have filed an appeal under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act.
