O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 10.10.2022. 2.The petitioner has given a representation-cum-complaint on 10.10.2022 to the 3rd respondent to cancel a document which has been registered in respect of the petitioner's property in Document No.1829 of 2021 dated 15.09.2021 on the file of the 4th respondent. Therefore, in order to consider the same the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. In view of the order that is going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 and 6 is hereby dispensed with.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that, the said representation dated 10.10.2022 would be considered by the 3rd respondent on 2 / 5
merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and necessary orders would be passed within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.
"That the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 10.10.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of being heard to both the petitioner as well as the private respondents, and pass orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
