This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.443 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4984 of 2023, dated 23.01.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on any working day at 10:30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court during the Court hearing dates.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.443 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4984 of 2023, dated 23.01.2024 is relaxed. 4.
