ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is an anticipatory bail application. These petitioners on the apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent police have moved this petition. According to the prosecution, the petitioners are father and son and the defacto complainant was the relative of the petitioners. On account of some family dispute, there was a quarrel, in the result, the complaint was given to take action against these petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor makes submissions that the injured person after taking treatment had been discharged from the hospital.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

(i) That the petitioners in the event of their arrest shall be released on bail on condition that on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam, Nagapattinam District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and

(ii) The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
