2. Notice had been directed to the respondents and counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the second respondent / Insurance Company.

3. In the affidavit filed explaining the reasons for the delay, it had been stated that the petitioner was only looking after her injured son and she was not able to mobilize required fund for paying the necessary Court fee.
