O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the investigation in First Information Report No.09 of 2018 dated 07.11.2018 as against the accused under Section 498(A) and 494 of IPC. Which is pending for the past three months.

2.Therefore, considering the above facts and circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
