ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar J.) The main Writ Appeal itself has been directed against the order passed by the Writ Court in Review Application.No.70 of 2024, where order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.16562 of 2010 has been reversed, it seems.

2. When the Writ Appeal is pending before this Court, where at the time of final hearing, , whatever the grounds to be urged by the appellant can very well be urged and that would be considered by this Court.

3. Therefore since it is not a case of first instance, the question of raising any additional ground at this stage may not arise except to raise those ground at the time of oral argument to be made during the final hearing of the Writ Appeal.
