CRIME NO.319/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition i.e. The petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6050 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.8190 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case and thus render justice. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.
