This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the case pending in S.T.C.No.346 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate I, Gobichettipalayam to the file of Judicial Magistrate, 1/3

2. Heard Ms.K.Komala, learned counsel for petitioners.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the STC, which is of the year 2016, is sought to be transferred to some other Court by filing this petition. This Court does not find any ground to transfer the case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate I, Gobichettipalayam, to dispose of S.T.C.No.346 of 2016 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
