2. In a suit for partition, a compromise decree was passed by this Court, wherein, the defendants were agreed to be given 1/6 share in item No.1. It appears that item No.1 could not be conveniently divided and hence, an order of sale of the property was made and a sum of Rs.34,77,166/- was realised and the same is in Court deposit.
3. In this, each of the applicants herein claims 1/6 share. Accordingly, they would be entitled to Rs.5,79,527/-.
4. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs has no objection to the same.
