This application is filed under Order XXI Rule 10 and 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, read with Rules 9, 11(b) of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, praying to pass an order for sending the decree to the City Civil Court, Navi Mumbai, CGO Complex, II Floor, CBD, Belaper, Opposite to Police Commissioner's Office, Navi Mumbai - 400 614 for execution and also to issue a certificate of execution of decree for transferring the same to the said other Court as envisaged under Order XXI Rule 6 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 and to direct the cost of this application do come out of the funds of the company in liquidation. 2.

Taking into consideration the averments as made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the decree dated 18.06.2014 made in Comp.A.Nos.1896 of 2008 and 1196 of 2013 is directed to be transmitted to the City Civil Court, Navi Mumbai, CGO Complex, II Floor, CBD, Belaper, Opposite to Police Commissioner's Office, Navi Mumbai - 400 614 for execution and also to issue a certificate of execution of the

decree for transferring the same to the said other Court as envisaged under Order XXI Rule 6 of the Civil Procedure Code. 3.

The application is ordered as indicated.
