ORDER
This criminal revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.12.2024 passed in M.P.No.3481 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri, thereby dismissing the petition filed under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
2.Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. A perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner reveals that all the allegations are civil in nature. There is absolutely no material to constitute any cognizable offence. Hence, the learned Magistrate has rightly dismissed the petition under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 2/4
4. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order dated 21.12.2024 passed in M.P.No.3481 of 2024 by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a civil suit before appropriate forum if so advised. 12.08.2025 mpa To
