This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28659 of 2023 dated 05.01.2023 in Crime No.594 of 2023, on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
