The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the normal functioning of the trade carried on by the petitioner under the name and style of M/s.Petals Ayurvedic Spa. 2.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the representation of the petitioner has not been received by the respondent police so far. He further submitted that if the petitioner forwards the application along with the necessary certificates and details, as per Government Gazette Notification No.9, dated 27.02.2019 and after obtaining appropriate permission from the local body, the same will be considered in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. 3.
Recording the same, this Writ Petition Criminal is disposed of.
