This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29201 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report daily at 06:30 p.m., before the respondent police until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29201 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police montly twice on 1st and 3rd Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
