2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
