This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 183 days in filing the above criminal revision case against the order dated 03.05.2024 passed in C.C.No.567 of 2024 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 183 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
