This petition has been filed to relax the condition (a) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10:00 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31075 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, condition (a) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10:00 a.m, until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31075 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
