ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Poonamalle, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further order" in Crl.O.P.No.32077 of 2024 on 08.01.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is also completed.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32077 of 2024 on 08.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 13.02.2025 Page No.2 of 4
