This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Tiruppur to dispose of the case in SC No.106 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Tiruppur, is directed to complete the Trial in S.C.No.106 of 2024, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
