ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the judgement of the III Additional Sessions Judge, Gobichettipalayam dated 28.11.2014 passed in Criminal Appeal No.1 of 2014, confirming the judgement of conviction and sentence of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Gobichettipalayam dated 29.11.2013 passed in S.C.No.88 of 2013.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner died and the death certificate has also been produced to show the same. In view of the death of the petitioner, the case itself has become abated. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
