PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 06.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks, and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30150 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 06.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30150 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph 5(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30150 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
