ORDER

Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the compliant made by the petitioner on 02.11.2015, based on the enquiry held on 01.08.2016, pursuant to the summons issued by the 2nd respondent dated 18.01.2016.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents 4 and 5 are obstructing the common pathway and therefore, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent, who had conducted an enquiry on 01.08.2016. However, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to pass orders based on the enquiry conducted by him, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 4 and 5.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 02.11.2015 and pass orders, based on the enquiry conducted by him, after giving notice to the respondents 4 and 5 and on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.;

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
