ORDER

This Crl.O.P. is filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in C.C.No.6973 of 2014 on the file of the 17th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and quash the same as against the petitioner herein.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the trial had already commenced and P.Ws.1 and 2 have also been examined. The case is posted for further evidence. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

quash petition. Accordingly, this Crl.O.P. is dismissed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.Ps. are closed.

4. This Court, earlier, by order dated 11.03.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16561 of 2017, directed the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in that Crl.O.P.
