Respondent/Respondent/Petitioner in both appeals Common Prayer: Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeals have been filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the fair and decreetal order passed in C.M.A.Nos.5 and 6 of 2017 on the file of Additional District Court, Mahilar Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode, dated 29.08.2017, confirming the fair and final order dated 26.09.2016 passed in H.M.O.P.Nos.71/12 and 6/13 on the file of Sub-Court, Gobichettipalayam, Erode.

For Appellant : Mr.M.Nandhakumar for M/s.Eswar, Kumar & Rao For Respondent : Mr.N.Karthikeyan COMMON JUDGMENT This Court, by order dated 11.09.2020, referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court to mediate the issues between the parties amicably.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the parties brought to the notice of the Court a mediation report dated 10.03.2021 filed by the Mediator of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, whereby they have enclosed the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by the parties dated Nil, received on 12.03.2021. Paragraph 3 (a) of the said Joint Compromise Memo entered between the parties states that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent wife has given a consent for decree in C.M.S.A.No.2 of 2018 and thereby agreed for dissolution of marriage between the appellant and the respondent solemnized on 19.10.1997. 3.The parties have also appeared today through Video Conferencing and both of them stated that they are agreeable for dissolution of marriage mutually. Therefore, recording their statement, the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeals stand disposed of in terms of the said Joint Compromise Memo, which shall form part of the decree. It is ordered that the marriage solemnized between the parties on 19.10.1997 stands dissolved and the Registry is directed to issue decree for divorce in terms of the said Joint Compromise Memo. No Costs.
