3. The learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chelgalpattu, vide order dated 20.04.2016, has granted the conditional bail directing the petitioner herein/accused to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, out of which, one surety should be of his blood relative and another one is a normal surety and to appear and sign before the court below daily morning at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
4.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is in jail, neither his relatives or blood relative are willing to give surety and only his friends alone take steps to get him out on bail. Hence, he prays to modify the conditional order.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two normal sureties instead of surety for blood relative. The other condition imposed shall remain unaltered. 6.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
